LES MILLS BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

HATTON BOXING

THIS AMAZING CLASS WILL DELIVER A SAFE AND FUN PACKED WORKOUT USINGA  COMBINATION OF PUNCHING, PAD WORK, AEROBIC ANDBODY WEIGHTED EXERCISES. THIS WILL BENEFIT ANYONE INTERESTED IN BOXING AND THOSE LOOKING TO INCREASE THEIR FITNESS LEVEL. YOU WILL LEAVE WITH THE FEELING OF A FULL BODY WORKOUT AND ENERGISED TO FACE ALMOST ANYTHING!

Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group workout. 15-30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire.  Metafit works! Its tough, but its meant to be.

Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. At the fitness factory, our spin class is in the dark with disco lights & loud music to add to the experience!
